We are here to serve you

Let us create a lasting memory of your loved ones

Planning a Funeral on one of the most difficult days of your life. This is why you have enlisted our services. We the Funeral Directors are here to guide, support, arrange and conduct the service that will create a lasting memory of your Loved One for you.

Some of our most common requests we receive from families are:

  • Photos and Memorabilia which can be placed on the coffin during the service, remind family of happier times.
  • Music is often an expression of the Spirit. We are happy to play selected music, poetry, or hymns on CD during the service. We have facilities for musicians if your family would prefer this contribution.
  • Balloons, Butterflies or Doves are an excellent release of emotion and expression of hope.
  • Eulogy presentations and reflections from family and or close friends put us all in touch with the life of your loved one.
  • Viewing of your loved one in our private, peaceful viewing room. Quiet time spent with your loved one can be tremendously beneficial and leave a lasting more peaceful memory. Placement of letters, drawings and personal items at the time of viewing or placed privately by our staff on behalf of family.
  • Slide Show Photo Presentation with selected music is a powerful and fitting way to share memories with friends and family – a living Eulogy.

Other requests we regularly hear include:

  • Our services and facilities include trained staff to arrange funerals locally throughout North Queensland, Interstate and Overseas.
  • Liaise with Church, Venue, Clergy and Celebrants to coordinate the requirements of all faith, denominations, cultures and traditions.
  • Accredited infrastructure to transfer your loved one to our Funeral Home 24 hours a day.
  • Private Arrangement Room, Viewing Room and 300 seat air-conditioned Chapel.
  • Obtain and complete all necessary documentation for the funeral. Register the Death and obtain a Certified Death Certificate, from the Registrar General in Brisbane.
