Welcome to Heritage Brady Funerals
It is a privilege and indeed an honour to serve

Heritage Brady Funeral Directors offer caring, compassionate and dignified care to those who have entrusted us with their most precious possession... their loved ones.

Disbursements are costs that are paid on your behalf, by your Funeral Director. Heritage Brady Funeral Directors accept these charges as part of the total funeral account. This allows the family to concentrate on each other and the funeral day, rather than attending to the many small details.

Disbursements may include the following
  • Purchasing and Reserving a gravesite
  • The cost of cremation
  • Clergy or Celebrant fees
  • Newspaper Notices
  • Musician’s fees
  • Certificates
  • Church and Venue Fees
  • Floral Tributes
  • Road transport costs
  • Urns and additional family choices
Care of Your Loved One

We pride ourselves in traditional quality service, and this incorporates dignified care of you loved one in our preparation room. Our mortuary staff are fully trained in the care of your loved one and are very competent in carrying out all preparations from minimal mortuary treatment to complex embalming procedures.

Coffins and Caskets

We recognize that everyone’s needs, and preferences are different. From simple basic coffin lines, through to mid-range coffins, up to the most lavish caskets, our policy is to provide you with a wide and varied selection to choose from. At Heritage Brady Funeral Directors, you will not be under any pressure to choose expensive lines, however they are available if this is what you may choose.

Our Vehicles

We pride ourselves in the condition of our two stretch hearses. Their immaculate presentation and excellence in craftsmanship. Mourning cars available by request.

Why choose us?

Across Australia today there are currently no Legal requirements for Funeral Service providers to be licensed. There is also no form of regulation in place regarding funeral care, standards for funeral home premises, associated facilities, equipment or professional staff training. So, how does one choose a Funeral Home that will reassure and provide peace of mind.

What should I do?

When a death occurs in your family, it is important to contact your preferred Funeral Director immediately, we can advise you of the correct procedures to follow. Most deaths will occur by natural causes, in hospitals, nursing homes, aged care facilities or at the family home. In most of these cases, a Medical Certificate of ‘Cause of Death’ will be issued by your attending doctor.

Arranging the funeral

We believe our role as Funeral Directors is to facilitate the funeral to suit the needs of the bereaved. Each person is unique in personality, likes and dislikes, therefore no two funerals will be the same, nor should they be. It is a very special time and most important, that the ceremony be such that it centres around the life of the deceased and creates a positive and lasting memory for the family to treasure forever.
